Ingredients:
- 240g Greek yogurt
- 120ml organic honey
- 60g granulated sugar
- 120g graham cracker crumbs
- 60g chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (fan-assisted) or 190°C (conventional). Line an 18x18cm baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk until smooth:
- 240g Greek yogurt
- 120ml organic honey
- 60g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Prepare the crust:
- Mix 120g graham cracker crumbs and 30g melted unsalted butter until combined.
- Press mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle 60g chopped walnuts on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely in the baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled.
