Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 60 ml organic honey
- 30 ml olive oil
- 5 g garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-assisted) or 220°C (conventional).
- In a large bowl, whisk together:
- 60 ml organic honey
- 30 ml olive oil
- 5 g garlic powder
- 1-2 pinches salt (depending on taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Add 1 kg chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the honey glaze.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving space between wings for even cooking.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until caramelized, flipping wings halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh herbs (optional).
Tips:
- For crispy skin, increase oven temperature to 220°C (fan-assisted) or 240°C (conventional) for the last 10-15 minutes.
- Adjust garlic powder to taste.
- Pair with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for a classic combination.
